client profile: FSU Credit Union
Founded in 1954, FSU Credit Union serves more than 20,000 members with eight branch locations throughout the Tallahassee region. In addition to providing a broad array of financial services, it is committed to the communities it serves, donating more than $150,000 to local charities. In 2016, FSU Credit Union needed marketing and communications support and reached out to Fiore Communications for assistance. In the time since, we have helped launch significant marketing efforts and enhance member engagement.
website redesign and management
Fiore Communications helped FSU Credit Union design and implement a new website that dramatically improved the user experience and highlighted its commitment to financial education and community support. After the initial launch, we continue to refine its functionality and expand educational content with timely additions to the Learning Library and News sections. We also test, monitor and make content updates throughout the site.
We work alongside the marketing director to design and execute advertising materials that are cohesive and support the credit union’s overall marketing goals. We have created individual ads and campaigns for print, outdoor, radio and AdWords as well as digital display boards for the main sporting venues at Florida State University. We also manage content for the credit union’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. This includes developing strategy, identifying promotional opportunities, creating content and graphics, sharing relevant third-party content and engaging with followers.
We have designed integrated marketing materials to enhance the FSU Credit Union brand through member communications, promotions and special events. With eight locations and a significant presence in the community, these materials help present the visual message that the credit union is everywhere.
