Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning is a well-known and trusted brand that has been serving the Tallahassee region for 12 years. Representing three generations and decades of experience in the industry, it ensures the comfort of thousands of homes and businesses who trust that “Barry Knows” cool. When the company wanted to explore new opportunities for branding and marketing strategies, it turned to Fiore Communications, and we have developed a new campaign theme, expanded digital advertising and increased customer interaction with email, television and radio ads, and targeted email campaigns.
We developed a new quarterly email newsletter to share educational blog posts, insights on products and services and updates on available rebates and special offers. We also created automated follow-emails for the sales team and an email to check in with customers after completed jobs to ask for Facebook and Google reviews. Those emails consistently generate 5-star reviews and personal responses from satisfied customers.

To launch and reinforce our new branding theme, “Be Comfortable,” we created a series of television spots, radio commercials and print ads that focused on the idea that Barineau Heating & Air delivers more than an AC unit. The Be Comfortable theme has also effectively communicated Barineau’s commitment to the communities it serves.
With a goal to increase unique visits to the website and better educate their customer base, we developed and promoted blog posts on relevant topics that attract new readers, help existing customers stay informed, and further establish Barineau as an industry expert. Blog posts are consistently among the most visited pages on the site.
