This content specialist position is responsible for developing and designing creative content for social media, email marketing and blog posts.

The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in an agency environment with a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field. More experienced candidates will also be considered.

While each position at our firm requires specific skills, we expect team members to have a broad knowledge and understanding of marketing communications to contribute and collaborate with the team on all agency projects.

A qualified candidate would have experience in the following areas:

content development

  • Create and design graphic and video assets for social media, email campaigns and blog posts.
  • Post and schedule content through Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Record and edit short-form video content for social media and YouTube.

creative team member

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and creative team.
  • Lead creative brainstorming with account managers.
  • Help develop creative campaign ideas for social media using best practices and current trends.
  • Enjoy opportunities to build new skills and explore new interests.
