Fiore Communications Seeks Experienced Content Creator

From the time I started Fiore Communications in 2001, there have been periods of adding new clients and expanding our offerings to meet new and exciting needs. This is certainly one of those times.

Due to recent dramatic growth, expanding into new markets and adding to our list of services, we are looking to increase our capacity and find the right person to join our team.

We are a full-service marketing firm, offering branding, website design, social media management, email campaigns, online marketing, etc. – all the usual stuff. But what separates us from some others is our focus on content creation. We also serve large state associations by writing, editing and publishing their magazines and journals. We write for statewide business magazines and create original content for numerous newsletters and blogs.

We are marketers who believe that all good marketing starts with good, simple, effective communication. And most of the time, that starts with good writing. We just need someone to help us create more of it.

Because of the kind of clients we serve, our next writer should have five to 10 years of experience and a substantial writing portfolio. This person will be writing on a variety of subjects and will need to be comfortable interviewing, researching and dealing with clients. Strong editing skills are also a plus, as we create a lot of content and have a very low tolerance for deviations from AP Style.

This position, however, is not for a freelance writer. We are looking for someone who also enjoys being part of a team focused on client success. That may mean collaborating on social media strategies, brainstorming marketing concepts, looking at Google Analytics or helping to update content on a client website.

Here is the bottom line. We want a marketing-minded person who likes being part of a team, understands the online world and just happens to be a great writer with an innate ability to engage a variety of audiences. That’s it.
