Brad is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than two decades of local hands-on roofing experience and a commitment to honesty, craftsmanship and treating every customer with respect. Goals

Klees Roofing Solutions wanted to build greater visibility by highlighting its community roots and customer-first approach. To support that growth, the company needed a refreshed marketing direction that would expand brand awareness, strengthen credibility and reach homeowners unfamiliar with the Klees name. Fiore Communications stepped in to amplify the brand, highlight its local values and reach more homeowners and businesses who value personal service backed by experience and integrity. This included a full update of digital and local advertising strategies, including the use of public relations and direct mail, as well as a redesigned website that better reflected the company’s expertise.

  • Website: We transformed the Klees Roofing website from a single page to a clean, multi-page online resource that clearly showcases services, improves navigation and makes it easier for visitors to request quotes or contact the team.
  • Public Relations:To increase community visibility, we coordinated a public announcement spotlighting the company’s launch and its mission as a locally owned, veteran-led roofing provider, sharing the news with major Tallahassee media outlets and regional business publications.
  • Direct Mail:We designed direct mail postcards to help Klees Roofing reach homeowners directly, featuring strong storm-season messaging, service highlights and veteran-owned local credibility to drive quote requests and build recognition in targeted neighborhoods.
