Fiore Communications, founded in 2001, is celebrating 25 years in business in 2026.

We serve small to medium-sized businesses, associations, nonprofits and organizations. Most of our clients are based in North Florida.

About Our Services

We are a full-service marketing agency that specializes in content development as part of a strategic marketing plan focused on achieving our clients’ goals. Read more.

While most of our clients prefer the flexibility of a monthly retainer, we also offer marketing packages, project-based services and consulting as needed.

Our onboarding process typically starts with a discovery meeting where we learn more about your goals and discuss the best approach for your organization. We also provide a simple onboarding checklist with instructions to help your team easily provide access to any needed tools or platforms.

We typically invoice for services after they have been completed. Our monthly retainer clients are invoiced for any services the following month. For some of our project-based work, such as website development, we require 50% of the total cost up front.

We do not have a minimum requirement for a monthly retainer. We also offer one-time or short-term project support for our clients who have a limited budget.

We do not typically require clients to sign a long-term contract, but for some organizations who require it, we can comply with contract requirements.

Success is tied to your business objectives. Metrics may include website traffic, lead generation, social engagement, conversions and ROI. We provide transparent reporting with insights designed to help you understand our progress and possible next steps.
